Rewards at Rapture - the First Resurrection
Mat 16:27 "For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works."
At Rapture the elect (faithful of God since the days of Adam), taken back to heaven will immediately be rewarded with new glorious incorruptible bodies.
Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death (Lake of Fire) has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
Rewards in Heaven
1. The bride of the Lamb or sons of God, will sit on the throne of Jesus. They will be transformed into the most glorious bodies
Rev 3:21-22 "To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
2. His faithful servants or
Priests of God - They will reign with Christ for a thousand years, and they
will be rewarded as : -
a. kings - Jesus is the King of kings
b. lords - Jesus is the Lord of lords.
Kingdom of Heaven (New Jerusalem)
Our Lord clearly stated that only those who does His will can enter the kingdom of heaven (New Jerusalem).
1 Cor 6:9-10 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves (stealing, robbing or heaping God's money in these last days), nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
Will of God
1. To keep His word by becoming Jesus’ disciple and making disciples of all men
2. To love one another as Jesus had loved us and gave His life for us
Disciples Will Judge the 12 tribes
Mat 19:28 So Jesus said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Jesus’ disciples will help our Lord to judge the twelve tribes of Israel at the Great White Throne judgment at the end of Jesus' Millennium Rule.
Great White Throne Judgments
Rev 20:11-13 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.
Everyone coming before the Great White Throne will be judged according to his works, and if his name, which is not found written in the Book of Life, he will be cast into the lake of fire.
Rev 20:14-15 Then Death and Hades were cast into the
lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the
Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
Unbelieving and Liars cast into Lake
of Fire
Rev 21:8 "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
