'The Rapture – 6th Seal'
M 24:29 "Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken."
Only after the great Tribulation will there be the great heavenly Blackout preceding rapture. So all those teachings of pre-tribulation and mid-tribulation are unscriptural with worldly wisdom. Avoid these distorted doctrines and possibly heresies.
Rev 6:12-13 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
The moment there is a great earthquake worldwide forcing everyone to flee from their buildings into the open, our Lord will cover the earth from the solar system and the universe. Since the moon cannot receive any light from the sun, it will immediately turn blood red and then black witnessed by all. As the whole sky becomes completely black, many tiny lights appeared in heaven. As they grow bigger they look like stars, which seem to fall to earth as figs falling from trees. At the same time, there will be the sound of trumpets in the heavens that can be heard everywhere on earth. As these stars become bigger and bigger, the trumpet's sound gets louder and louder.
Mat 24:30-31 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
As the stars become bigger and bigger we can make out that they are actually the heavenly host of angels descending from heaven in glory, sounding the trumpets to herald in the Lord of lords and the King of kings. Then all eyes will see our Lord Jesus Christ coming in the clouds in power and great glory.
1 Cor 15:51-52 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
At the sound of the last trumpet (no connection with the seven judgmental trumpets in Rev 8) and the loud shout of the Archangel, the dead in Christ will rise first follow by His elects, to meet the Lord in the cloud and be with Him forever. All these will happen at the twinkling of the eye.
1Thess 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus, we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.
